When traveling one hour by train feels like holidays...
Paella de mariscos (seafood paella). A dish that brings up so many discussions about traditions. All I want to add: it's still the best when cooked outside, if you ask me.
Good morning! Heatwave summer mornings in the south of Spain. For me the best mornings start with a morning run and a swim followed by breakfast; with a bonus of beautiful light.
Weekends are for discovering new places. Like Brno, the Czech Republic's 2nd largest city. They're mainly proud of saving their city from an attack by switching the clock one hour forward. But it's also just a pretty place to visit.
It's the longest day of the year today on this side of the world! Time for enjoying summer, preferably with good food and drinks. One of my many favourite light dinners is roasted fennel salad with oranges. So it was time time to write this simple dish down. Recipe via link in bio.
A town where the first known building is a temple for a sun god and where they have an urban waterfall must be a good place. Surely, Jajce and the nearby Pliva Lakes are special and great to visit!
