Reading in a travel story about Malta made me miss that place and summer weather! Beautiful little country with such a mixed history of influence of Romans, Moors, British and many others.
One of my goals of 2023: visiting my sister and her family in Australia.
Yesterday was my one year anniversary in Vienna, and today of course the last day of 2022. It's certainly been a very full, crazy and amazing year! Looking forward to making 2023 just as great.

Whatever the time of year, it's always a good time for snacks. Like this simple zucchini and tahini dip.
It starts to feel like winter, but the last time I really saw snow was on mount Osorno, a picture perfect volcano in the south of Chile. Last time it erupted was some 150 years ago but now it looks like the perfect calm and majestic mountain.
